Sudhir Ippagunta - Founder & Managing Director

Sudhir Ippagunta, Managing Director, is the Founder of Fincelera Capital Advisors. Mr. Ippagunta has 16+ years of progressive experience across corporate finance, internal consulting and corporate/business development roles in large corporate and start-up environments. He has a proven track record in value creation through defining strategy, driving transformation, M&A, carve-outs, and post-transaction integrations.

Prior to founding Fincelera in 2024, Mr. Ippagunta was Global Head of Finance and Business Development at Avellino Labs - a biotech start-up. Before Avellino Labs, he spent time in Finance and Strategy roles at Alcon Labs (previously part of Novartis). He is a founding member of Bullpen Ventures and a board member at TechFW (Tech Fort Worth), an early-stage start-up accelerator and incubator. Mr. Ippagunta is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC Member FINRA/SIPC.

Mr. Ippagunta received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science - Pilani, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
